Management Major
The 21st century organization is complex and continually changing, due to globalization, advancing technology and a highly diverse workforce. The management major is designed to prepare students to take on leadership roles in these organizations.
Courses provide insight into the organization and its external environment; managing organizational change; solving workplace problems creatively; communicating effectively in a diverse work environment; building and empowering effective teams; developing conceptual and administrative skills; managing the organization as an integrated unit under conditions of uncertainty; and more.
